sakkaravalli kizhangu poriyal Sweet potato poriyal indian recipe

Sakkaravalli kizhangu poriyal 

Ingredients : 
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 4
Asafoetida
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
pepper
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Sweet potato - Finely chopped - 3 yams
Extra virgin coconut oil - 4 tsp

Preparation :

In a medium sauce pan
Add the seasonings to the medium sauce pan
Add the Sweet potatoes along with the masala powders salt and pepper. 
Add 1 tsp of water and close the pan.
Let the sweet potato cook in a low flame.
Saute them well for about 2 -4 minutes until the outer turns light brown.
Serve them hot with rice or rotis.
