Pueblo Peppers with Mozzerella cheese

Pueblo peppers - 2
Mozzerella cheese - 1 small round
Panko bread crumbs
all purpose flour - 1 tsp
chilli powder -1 tsp
Yogurt - 1/4 tsp

Preparation :

1. Take a pueblo pepper and remove the seeds by slitting them ,make sure you dont open them all the way through.
2. Now add the mozerella cheese inside the pueblo pepper.
3. In a plate mix the all purpose flour with chilli powder 1/4 tsp of yogurt. Now take the pepper and coat them in the mixture.
4.Next coat them in the panko bread crumbs
5. Fry them in Hot oil until golden brown.
6.Serve them with ranch.
